| The
SUPERMAX all-welded plate heat exchanger incorporates
the benefits of plate and frame exchangers without gaskets. |
|
|
| The
ULTRAMAX all-welded unit provides the thermal efficiency
and compactness of a plate and frame unit in conditions
that would ordinarily call for a shell-and-tube unit. |
|
|
| When
flow rates are high, a half pipe corner header is used
with a 2" connection. The half pipe is also used
for high operating pressures. |

The
SUPERMAX and ULTRAMAX units are designed for high performance
industrial applications beyond the capabilities of gasketed
plate heat exchangers, or where there is a need for a
welded design due to gasket compatibility.
Typical applications include: |

temperature thermal oil processing.
- Heaters
of organic chemicals such as solvents.
- Vegetable
oil processing.
- Desuperheaters
in heat recovery.
- High
temperature interchanger.
- Evaporators
and condensers for refrigeration duties, with all
types of refrigeration.
